Get to know me!

Hello my name is Hayley Maier and I am a 16 year old high school student who goes to Fort Lauderdale High. I live with my mom, dad, my two cats Simba and Nala (yes like The Lion King) and my dog Loki. (From the Marvel Cinematic Universe). I also have a sister who is a freshman in college at Florida State University. When I grow up I hope to become a pilot; I love flying and I want to travel the world. I flew a plane before I could drive on the road. For Christmas last year my parents got me flying lessons and I have loved it since. If I could not become a pilot I would love to do something with marine biology. I have grown up with the ocean and I have always been interested with having a job that involves studying it. Because of my love of the ocean I became scuba diving certified. On my latest adventure I was able to scuba a shipwreck where we saw a nurse shark. Over the summer my family and I went to Italy, we went to Rome and the Amalfi Coast for 10 days. It was an amazing trip that I will remember for the rest of my life. A few weeks later, when I got back from the Italy trip, I went to work at a sleepaway camp in Massachusetts. I have been going to this camp for 5 years even though it is in Massachusetts and I live in Florida. I had family go to this camp when they were my age, such as my mom, aunt and cousins. The biggest goal I have for my future  is to travel as much as I can, and see what this big, blue, beautiful world has to offer. I got my desire to travel from my parents. When my mom finished college, she backpacked through Europe and when my dad was discharged from the U.S. Navy he backpacked through Australia and New Zealand. The place I would love to go the most is the Galapagos islands because it is the place I have been most interested in since I was 9. I hope to accomplish these goals in the future.  I used Cap-Cut and Instagram's to make my commercial. These apps were the best to use. They were free and allowed me to do what I need. Cap-Cut is a editing app. People use it to make fun videos. They also it to make cool edits of people. You can post these edits on other apps like TikTok or Instagram. Instagram is a app people use to show off there lives. There are Instagram's influencers, who make there life living off of posting on Instagram. Off Cap-cut I was able to put 6 pictures. I also put 3 videos. I put them all in the order that I want. After that I sent my commercial to Instagram. With Instagram I used it to pick  out the music I wanted. I chose the song Daydreaming by Harry Styles. I also used Instagram to put the captions on my commercial. For my caption all I said was "Daydreaming by harry styles". We finally started filming the trailer. After school my team and our friend came over to my house and we starting filming. I drove my team mate to house and we started planning what we wanted to film for the day. We designed to film the bedroom scene where Hazel and Vivian realize they need to kill there bullies. We also designed to film most of the kill scene. For example Aaron Nelson being shown walking into a dark ally and Hazel coming out that ally with a bloody knife. Also where Vivian walks towards Nicholas Wilson and uses a rope to suffocate her. By the time that we finished planning, our friend came over. From there we changed into our Hazel and Vivian outfits and starting filming. The fist scene we did was the  bedroom scene where Hazel and Vivian realize they need to kill there bullies.  We are choosing Thiller as our genre. We chose this because it will be alot of fun to film. There are many different ways this can go. Our second chose of genre was comedy. My partner and I both really like funny movies/film. However filming a comedic movie would be a lot harder since there not going to be that many poeple in this film.
